Common questions

Tracks stop when the phone locks? Make sure Location access is set to “Always” in iOS Settings → Sailing Log.

No siren from the anchor alarm? Check that media volume is up; the alarm plays through the speaker even in silent mode, but it can't override volume set to zero.

Data on a new device? Sign into the same iCloud account and your logbook syncs automatically. Video files stay on the device that recorded them.
